Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering at ND

Hey guys..
How do you think about
1. ND's aerospace and mechanical engineering program?
2. Research opportunities?
3. Class sizes?
4. Campus life?
5. Getting Grades at Engineering?
6. Any special concern for school's religious affliation?

I am considering an early action. can you help me out? thank you so much.

There is a fabulous video on the ND webpage(nd.edu) about the aero program and current research with info about the Hessert Lab as well. Check it out!!

The search bar is your friend.

I went to ND and got engineering degree....ND more prestigous deegree but if you want hard core engineering , suggest michigan or purdue. ND lacks good labs ....but also ND will have professors that can speak good English

Well besides Hessert they just built that wind tunnel building at White Field and I think Stinson-Remick is supposed to be finished by Spring 2010

don't go aerospace, in one career you might see one plane launched, back in the glory days of aviation (1950"s), new planes coming out every few years

my brother is majoring in aerospace engineering at ND right now. he loves it. it seems like the program is pretty rigorous, though.
