affordable college/university abroad?

<p>I'm considering studying abroad, however money is a bit of an issue. Where I live tuition is around 3000-4000$ a year, so prices in other countries(especially the US) tend to be really high in comparison.</p>

<p>So I want to know which countries I should look at if I want to study at a high quality university that isn't too expensive? I know the US is out but I hear some countries have affordable high quality education even for international students. I'd rather it be a university/college that teaches in English. Tried searching but most results are very old or show no useful information but I might not be looking right.</p>

<p>why not check europe? check the scandinavian countries and germany.</p>

<p>Where are you from? Some countries have exchanges that make studying abroad very cheap (i.e, within the 27 countries of Europe if you’re European, for example) and many universities have exchange programs for students who want to spend a year abroad without getting a degree. ISEP is also a good resource for that.</p>
