What we are trying to say is that -while I am not a woman, and my insight is based on theory- women do not seem to place as much stock into what you think they do. Cosmetic surgery would not really improve anything by itself. On the other hand, if your appearance is lowering your confidence, or If you are obsessed with it to the point of it interfering with your daily life, you can go ahead and do the surgery. Just know that your thought process is wrong, and you would not be as happy as you think you will be after the surgery.
