What are my chances at Ivy league schools and other top colleges

stick with your ACT ... trust me.. your ACT is decent .. your SATs if they are out of 2400 are really weak. I would not bet on Ivy League even with your URM status.

I have also recieved scholarship offers from other colleges for running so I will run for whatever college I go to. How much of an impact willl athletics have on admission to an ivy league school?

1850, while not great is ok. I am not sure how much of a better chance you have with your URM. If you are really good at running, that may help but make sure to contact the top college's coaches and stay in contact and explain your situation. try to raise your SAT to 2000 and u have decent chance.

You are a URM, which helps. Your GPA is decent, but could be higher. I would definitely recommend working on the ACT ... get it up by 2 points at least. Right now, any Ivy for you is quite a reach.

Just as Shad says, the SAT is somewhat low for an Ivy - but by all means it's above average. You should shoot for a 2000+.

Keep in mind that all Ivies want 2 or 3 SAT Subject Tests. Make sure you get a 650+ on those. Some want one SAT Subject Test on math and one in science, depending on the school you're applying to. Check with the schools you're applying to.
