Hello I have completed my o-levels and I will be shifting to US and is there any way I could get into a college rather than one year of highschool?
Some colleges will admit students who have O-levels. If the information is not on the website, contact the international admissions office and ask. The community college where I teach requires passing scores in 5 O-levels, and those must include English and Mathematics.
How long you would need to be in high school in the US will depend on the school you attend. Often students need two more years of school in order to fulfill state and local graduation requirements. You and your parents should contact the school district where you plan to attend, and find out what would be expected of you.
