After the acceptence

Do I need to inform my previous school for the transfer?

Although I am not sure of the etiquette, yes. I would recommend contacting the registrar or an advisor and ask them how to go about notifying your school about the transfer.

Yes, an email to the Registrar should work.

WE HAVE NO REGRETS. WE NEVER LOOK BACK.

Yeah you probably should.

Yes- let your registrar and dean of students office know. They’ll have forms for you to sign regarding a deposit (if applicable) and your student loans.

If you don’t let them know, you might find your student loans becoming due immediately. However, if they know you are at another school, then the loans at the first school will remain deferred (for repayment) until after you finish up at the transfer school.

P.S. This applies even if you are taking out no new loans at the transfer school.
