<p>so even tho a majority of undergrad grads stay in the midwest, does that mean it would be difficult to get a job in southern cali? because that is really where i would like to work.</p>
<p>I think firms out there are happy to get some kids out of the better midwest schools. Most just prefer to stay around the midwest and often move on later in their careers. I worked in Chicago 7 years before moving out to the west coast.</p>
