After you send in your depoit, When do you hear from CMU?

<p>for like housing information and other stuff like that. I sent in my deposit about a week ago and haven't heard from them yet. Should I be worried?</p>

<p>Yeah, you should be. Since they didn't overnight the housing letter the very hour they received your deposit, it's pretty obvious that they rejected you.</p>

<p>I sent my deposit in 2 weeks ago! I checked my "where am I" status, and it said they sent out the letter April 1, but i still don't have it!!! But, the "Now that I'm enrolling" page has all of my information. I even have my CMU email account now!!!</p>

<p>I don't think they send anything in response to the deposit. I sent mine a long time ago and I haven't gotten anything other than a small finaid brochure.</p>

<p>Well, on my account it says that after they received my deposit, they sent out a welcome packet, admissions questionnaire, and depsit receipt.</p>

<p>will happen until your orientation. There really is not much for you to do or the school to do. You have been accepted, you accept, you sent in deposits, and now you wait until July 1 to find the necessary money to attend. The next thing you may hear from them is your room and roommate assignment in July. </p>

<p>You should hear from them again when you get your math placement test and when they ask you where you'd like to dorm. Also, I know if you're in CIT, they'll also ask which intro engineering courses and which electives you'd like to take.</p>

<p>So I "enrolled" in CMU today online by filling out the forms and paying the $600 dollar deposit. However, is that it? I didn't get any confirmation email stating that I had enrolled nor did my "Where Am I In the Process" account change. And according to the instructions on the online enrollment page itself, it seems as if I need to mail stuff as well. What's going on?</p>

<p>My S enrolled at the Monday 4/21 Accepted Student day - Saturday he got a welcome packet in the mail.</p>
