Again asking...chances for a rising senior, now with updated SAT and colleges

Sorry, I've posted a topic like this before, but I now have a few more updates.

GPA: Don't know the exact GPA, but it's averaged right about a 102-103 the past two years, with 10% weights on a majority of courses 10th grade, 15% on majority this past year

Courses Next Year:
IB English HL
IB U.S. History, I'd like to say HL but I don't know
IB Biology SL
IB Math Methods II SL

SATs: 600 CR, 710 Math, 590 Writing

SAT II's: Will take math

Potential Hooks:
1. I skipped Kindgergarten, so I'll be a year behind/younger most people graduating in my class
2. I have a mild form of autism(I consider it unofficial asperger's), not being able to talk until I was 4.

Colleges:
Brown
Carnagie Mellon
Cornell
Colby
Dartmouth
Ithaca
Johns Hopkins
George Washington
Syracuse
SUNY Binghamton

Now, I realize most of these are reaches, but I don't care, be blunt, tell me they're a big reach. :-p Also, any suggestion of potential matches would be helpful as well. Thanks a lot.

ithaca and Syracuse might easily take you given that you don't apply for aids (huge amount). you will have to improve on that SAT if you are to get anywhere close to Dartmouth and other equivalents.

I don't like doing this too much, but for the sake of saving it...bump.

Your AI--based on incomplete SAT IIs (but presuming they come in around 700 math and 630 (other)) is about 192 to 193. The cutoff last year for most of the Ivies was around 211--so, yes, the Ivies don't look too likely.
Same applies to John Hopkins.

As far as the other schools, I'd say you've got a shot at Carnegie Mellon--match to slight reach (closer to match--especially if you could raise your SAT CR and W scores by even 30 points each). Carnegie Mellon's average GPA is U/W 3.6 which you have, you've taken the toughest courses and the SAT score averages are like 657CR/718M. You might want to take the ACT--you can choose whether to send it or not after taking it.

Ithaca is a safe match, and almost a safety for you.
George Washington is also a match
Syracuse is a match
Suny-Binghampton is a match

Your strength is the good grades and the tough courses--as well as the academic competition experience. I'd go for a little more volunteering work this summer, though. That's the one weaknesses on this list.

As far as other schools, your background screams out "Math" and "Theatre/Film" to me (all your ECs are in these two areas)--so I'd look for schools with good math programs that aren't impossible to get into, or good theatre schools--depends on your personal interest. Actually, I think Carnegie Mellon is a pretty good choice for that reason-although you might want to look for schools that offer good programs in both areas--so you can try taking college classes in both areas--and then decide on your preference for your major.

Most schools with strength in both these two fields will be found in fairly large cities--so I'd look at UCLA, USC, NYU, Boston Univ, GW (already on your list), and maybe Fordham. Some of these schools are reaches, some aren't--but this list is meant to give you an idea of what I think you should be looking for--not to be all-inclusive.

Good luck.
