<p>I submitted my CSS profile for Boston College in November, but, according to the agora portal, they didn’t receive it yet. Does anyone else have this problem?</p>

<p>i submitted mine in early december and it didnt post until january 6. it takes a long time for the financial aid office to receive it, record it in the system, and post it online. theres nothing to worry about. i called the office regarding this problem and thats what they told me</p>

<p>When you go to check your financial aid, it says “Enter your ID.” Which ID do they mean?</p>
<p>I got my ID from the original email BC sent regarding the Agora Portal.
It’s the “EagleID.”</p>

<p>I never received it either but if you call the admission office they will give you the information. the call must come from the student not the parent</p>
