AH! Can I get in?

Emory is my first-choice school, and I'm applying to the Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing. I really want to get in!

My stats:

2010 SAT
690 CR
680 Math
640 Writing

3.5 UW GPA

TOEFL ibt: 112 (29 speaking, 28 writing, 27 listening, 28 reading)

SAT Subject (took them this January...waiting for scores)

Expected scores--SAT Bio-700/SAT Lit 600

Extracurriculars (My school doesn't have a lot of ec's)

National Honor Society
Student Council (Vice President of entire HS)
Helping Hands Charity Organization (Secretary)
Math Honor Society
Varsity Basketball
Varsity Volleyball

You’re in the middle-50 and ECs are okay I guess. You have a shot. Don’t send lit. if you get a 600. Got any AP/IBs?

Emory=Match
-Oxford-Low Match

The Nursing School does not accept applications directly from high-school students. You must apply to the College of Arts and Sciences and/or Oxford. If you really want to attend the nursing school, you should apply to both given that admission to the Nursing School is automatic for students in either of those divisions who complete the prerequisite coursework with a 2.0 or better.

Thank you guys for answering! So i guess in majority opinion that my acceptance rate is probably 50/50, right? I really wish I got in!

Thanks guys for the additional info!
