<p>Actually, Dec15 is THE deadline (preferred is Dec1).</p>
<p>They do not look more favorably at apps that are sent earlier. But, of course, they are less tired, and less easily annoyed by boring essays in the beginning of the process...;)</p>
<p>15th is the deadline as everyone before said; they dont actually start reviewing until the 15th either. they just tell everybody to get it in early so they aren't bombarded by mail</p>
