I’m sorry chendrix, I didn’t know you were so well informed on the matter. It just seemed logical to me that they’d want to boost that 30% even more, but I suppose I could be wrong.

Looking at other peoples stats, I will obviously be the scum of Engineering. I don’t know why I got a likely.

Cornell is probably contractually bound to only release a certain number of likely letters. I doubt they would be allowed to tell every single female engineering applicant early of their admissions.

You should feel special if you got one of these letters, because they aren’t given willy-nilly.

@themagnum Nooo, don’t say that. I’m sure you will be amazing. Cornell picked you for a reason =)

Let’s hope the Financial Aid is awesome :D

you think people share their stats when they go to college like they do here at CC? this is kinda scary…i’m gonna feel a lot of inferiority if a huge amount of people got the stats like everybody here :(

congrats on those who got the likely letters btw :)

can a male who applied as an AEM major get one?

Ah, I’m somewhat late, but I’m joining the Likely Party: I received a likely from Cornell on the 15th for CAS. After rejections from both MIT and UChicago, this feels good.

@ darkblademaster
do you have any hooks? URM?
