<p>Hi, So my question is:</p>
<p>I currently go to Sonoma State University, and I will be a sophomore this fall. I am almost done with my 60 GE units. I want to transfer to UCSB or Berkeley for my junior and senior year. I can't find any answers on if this is possible. I have a 3.8 GPA at Sonoma. With budget cuts and me not coming from am community college am I doomed to no acceptance at these schools?</p>
