Ok, so I was somewhat stressed when I found out columbia was missing one of my teacher recs. No big deal though, I just gave her a stamped, addressed envelope (around the beginning of February) with the form. I'm positive she mailed it, again. I just checked the status of my application again, and it says my rec is still missing! I'm positive I addressed everything right the first and second times, and I know she sends everything out, because all of my other college apps are complete. To top it all off, she is (was?) pregnant- her due date was like last friday, and she's not gonna be back til april! What should I do? I sent in all my financial aid stuff (though my tax returns were gonna be late so I sent in my 2004 ones earlier) too. The office is apparently closed on saturdays. I'm worried my app is gonna be considered incomplete!

Omg U Deff Wont Make It

Don't worry...they have so much mail. They probably haven't gotten the chance to input your recommendation letter into their gigantic database yet. I'm sure they have received it. ;-)

any way you could fax?

Why did you mail it in February?

I saw that I was missing it in early february when I got my columbia ID, so I sent it for a second time, and now it's still missing.

If it matters at all, they still havn't marked the second set of transcrips as "received," though I got a likely letter (SEAS).

They havn't even updated my status site since February.
