<p>As I'm sliding around in the ice in my driveway, my dear daughter has just informed me that the campus outdoor pool is being opened today. They are forecasting 80 degree days this week and all of the freshly tanned students will be able to continue their spring break sunning at school. Maybe I should go visit her.....</p>

His two SC friends who came to visit last week were FREEZING here and one hadnt ever seen so much snow
we're smart we are going to visit..but not until May in between end of classes and Maymester when S is taking a travelling class</p>
<p>It's weird, we aren't that far north of there, and it was 42 yesterday. Va Beach</p>
<p>Somehow my undergrad experience was seriously lacking....but I guess that came with being in Milwaukee!!!....</p>
<p>.......D has called several times this week to let us know that she was studying and "laying out" working on keeping her spring break tan....and like PA Mom said, I too was reminded that the pool at the Strom had opened this week.....</p>
<p>just spoke to S who informed me tha the pool is open but people comlained yesterday that the water was "too cold" to go in.Poor babies!!!
He said today is almost "too hot" and he has to call to get his air conditioning fixed in his dorm room.
Anyone attending scholars Day will be having a banner weather weekend!!</p>
