has it sunk in yet for you guys? Because I still have random moments where I just start smiling and i'm like holy crap...Princeton!

You are going to Princeton? Well, congratulations, GettingIn.

Could you maybe post to us (or copy and paste if you have already posted this before) what were your stats (ECs, SATs, Honors, APs, Ranking, etc.) when you first applied to Princeton and then you got a letter saying: "Congratulations, you future Princetonian, you are iN!!!", so that I can take you (and I am sure the others will too), as a great example of a person that is getting in?

That way I can prepare myself more. I really love Princeton and it is my child dream. I will apply there in 2 years and it would be great if I could hear from you how prepared you were to get in...

Well, good luck at Princeton and again, congratulations!!!

kepler

Thank you so much! Below are links to 2010 ED, 2010 RD, and 2011 ED results. On all of these threads, people on CC post all of the stats you could think of and whether they were accepted deferred or rejected. I think you might find this link useful if you are trying to get an idea about the stats and EC's of the average Princeton student. : )

GettingIn, those threads are amazing! Thank you very much for sharing this. ;)
And have very good days at Princeton. I hope you have watched the movie "A Beautiful Mind" (Best Picture Oscar 2002). Most of the story of American mathematician John Nash was in Princeton University. I am not sure if the movie was shot at Princeton itself, but if it was, I'd say Princeton is a beauty from what I've seen in the movie! :D

Congrats, again.

Oh good! I'm glad I could help!

And you are right the movie was shot at Princeton...YES it is uneblievably gorgeous.

i cant wait till i appply next year. hopefully ill get in.

GettingIn, I've been here almost a year, and I still have those moments! :)

i was very excited about going to Princeton the first two weeks after receiving the acceptance letter. sadly now, i don't feel anything special anymore. I feel as though its just another school, i mean, i'm just going to attend a university like my brother and other relatives. No big deal.

Good to hear Bentley! So, since you attend, do you think Princeton lives up to its amazing rep?

Absolutely a million times yes! :D

fantastic : )
