Aid reporting

I got a $4000 Gator Club scholarship, for $1000 per year. Should I report this as $1000 on the first semester of each year or $500 per semester? Would this be considered a UF scholarship or private?

Also, I logged into ISIS and noticed that my Parent Plus loan (which I had neither accepted nor rejected) was absent. Now my aid doesn't cover my cost of attendance. It says "A direct loan was processed per student's request" on 6/24/11, although I didn't do anything. Does anybody have experience with something like this?

Thank you

I just noticed that the parent plus loans in also absent now even though I had neither accepted or rejected. Wondering what’s going on with that?

I’m probably going to call the aid office tomorrow. I don’t know why they would remove aid without alerting their students (for example, this could be detrimental if you’re anticipating that you’ll be able to take out these loans so you don’t check again until, say, early August and turns out you’ve been screwed). Yay UF… That type of action almost feels criminal.

Please post what you find out. I applied for a parent plus loan on the FAFSA website and received an approval so I have no idea why it’s been removed.

Thanks!
