aid?

I decided to go to Brandeis partially due to there generous financial aid (my family is classified as poor so my efc is very low). I’m going to be starting as a freshman this year and I’m very excited. What scares me, however, is that the financial aid will decrease substantially after my freshman year. My parents cannot afford to send me to the school on their own, so I would just like to know if my financial aid will remain around the same amount as I continue my education there (soph, junior, senior year). I know that the school is committed to meeting all of their freshmen’s full needs… but what about for the upperclassmen and sophomores? Can any brandeisians out there help me with this question?

P.S. my plan is to transfer to a full needs met school if this doesn’t end up working out

No, your aid should not change. It will even increase with inflation. I’m entering my junior year at Brandeis and like you I had a large amount of need (EFC=0). My aid has not changed and they have met 100% of my need each year.

I second tomphn. Brandeis is dedicated to meeting your entire demonstrated need every year you are enrolled.
