<p>Is qualifying for AIME worth an update to colleges (scattered throughout top 30 USNWR)? I'm not sure if it is too small / too late in the process.</p>
<p>Qualifying for AIME is much harder than getting an 800 on SAT math. I would update your colleges about this.</p>
