<p>I am a returning sophomore and my experience in Briscoe last year without an AC was simply terrible. After I moved in, I realized that you could fill in the Medical Verification Form (MVF) and install an AC... Although I didn't talk to a lot of people, most of them made excuses and came up with some sort of diagnosis. </p>
<p>Does anyone know what I should put down on the form in order to get it approved??</p>
