I am currently a junior and I live in Alabama so I don't know if that gives me any sort of upper hand with in-state schools or not. I am taking the ACT next month. I plan on applying to all of these schools once I get my scores if I am happy with them.
As of right now I have a 3.4 GPA and have been involved in 3-4 clubs and I have played 2 sports. I plan on getting involved in community service soon so that will also be put on the application. I am currently in all honors classes and have always been in college preparatory courses and have never received a grade below an 83 which was in freshman year because of the adjustment between junior high and high school. So I was wondering what all of you think my chances are for these schools. Thanks.

If you’re the all-honors type, you’ll have good chances at all of those schools. ACT around high 20s and SAT around 1700+ would be more than enough to get you in, although I have seen people with astonishingly low stats get in. Good luck on the ACT!
