<p>Do you need to be selected to be in ALANA? What are the requirements - or are they just based off of high school GPAs, class rank, activities, etc.?</p>
<p>I think ALANA is just a merit based scholarship. 
You’re automatically applied for it along with your application. I believe it awards $5,000 a year.</p>
