<p>Does an alcohol violation appear on my college's transcript that would be sent to other universities along with a transfer application? Also, do you think this will have a major impact on my application to UNC? I have an otherwise perfect record and hopefully a 4.0 gpa after this first semester. </p>

<p>I do not think it appears on your transcript.</p>
<p>However, you are of course required to disclose whether you have a dicsiplinary history on your application history and would have to tell them anyway.</p>
<p>as for how much it well effect your application...hard to say, its certainly not egregious as getting into a fight or arrested as it is not indicitave of any real behavior problem...however if your right on the border of being accepted, they may well take the person whose application is of similar strength but without the violation...may very well depend on what kind of person is reviewing your app. as well...</p>
