I like the ability that owners have with the blue... being able to look up their explanations on their site, i like that. I have finished 4 tests and ive been getting 1700-1900
anyways thats beside the point of my post. The point of my post is asking about, is that, there is no you know... like chapter or topic name.
like for example
A 555-mile, 5-hour plane trip was flown at two speeds. For the first part of the trip, the average speed was 105 mph. Then the tailwind picked up, and the remainder of the trip was flown at an average speed of 115 mph. For how long did the plane fly at each speed?

topic name would be distance

i would like to know if there is a way to look up topic names of the questions... it would be awfully nice because i want to do them in my workbooks

(1153)+(1052)= 345+210 = 555

The only way that I can think of to solve this question is by guessing what numbers could fit and give you 555. The only scenario in this case is when you fly at the speed of 105 for 2 hours, and 115 for 3 hours.

Play with numbers and see what works.

Oh ^^^ i got the answer for that question, thanks ! but
[SAT Practice Test 1: Section 3 – Question 19 (Math) - YouTube](<a href=“- YouTube”>- YouTube)
can somebody tell me the name of the type of question

This would be considered to fall under the major topic “Numbers and Operations” and the subtopic “Ratios and Proportions”. (Speed or rate problems fall in there bacause rates are actually ratios of distance to time.)

No did you look at the video ^^?
the pyramid shown above has altitude h and a square base of side m. the four edges that meet at V, the vertex of the pyramid, each have length e. if e=m, what is the value of h in terms of m?

Look at video for diagram

Oh, OK, different problem.

That would be major topic: Geometry, two subtopics: Solid Geometry, and Triangles.

Yes!!! Thank you so much. I owe you big time
And @ fig newton thanks as well
