<p>I go to school in the midwest. No one takes the Sat here. That also means no one takes Sat2s either-something all the ivies require (sept yale i think) so basically i didnt even know the sat2s existed until my junior year (after all my courses) oh well, summers are for studying right?</p>
<p>Not all Ivies except Yale require the SAT II. My daughter applied to Brown and Penn as well, so I know they don't.</p>
<p>I grew up in the midwest and took the SAT as well as the ACT. It sounds like your school didn't do a very good job of advising folks.</p>
