I’ve been disappointed in the last couple of Anne Tyler’s too, but that won’t stop me from reading the new ones yet! I’ve been reading her steadily since I was introduced to her way back in 1977.

Great update about latest Anne Tyler, maybe she will get me out of reading slump. I’ll be buying. Kindle version of The Anamoly, strange our library doesn’t have e book, will be in English, kudos to you Mathmom, buying French edition, will be interesting to have someone speak to “what’s lost in translation “
