<p>Yeah… I just assumed two of my three Penn essays (excluding Why Penn) would fit other applications. </p>

<p>yeah…although my essay workload for other colleges isn’t bad at all and I can probably adapt my Penn essays for many of the other prompts. Ironically, the worst app I have left (that I absolutely dread touching) is the one for UMich.</p>

<p>totally. I haven’t even started my other applications… they’re not really that bad though. NYU’s just really annoying, Tufts has the “WHO ARE YOU?” question that I’m dreading. </p>

<p>Yeah…I"m trying to fit my why penn essay and other essays I can find to other prompts… Which is why I’m putting off Pennstate schreyers because I can’t use any of my essays for its prompts. And, though I can use my why penn essay for other schools, I CAN’T use it for why (name of the other school). it’s weird</p>
<p>you’re lucky ashuri, but I’m interested in engineering and possibly business, so UMich is practically crafted for me (applying engineering with preferred admit to Ross)…</p>

their essays were INSANE, and i was just like…yeah. i’ll just do them later. maybe i’ll be in penn by then…</p>

<p>yeah…my logic was this: if i can get into schreyer, i can probably get into other really good schools. i don’t particularly like PSU because it’s like…in the middle of nowhere, and football is too dominating there. i mean, SHC is amazing, but i don’t want to buy a brand and stick myself in bumble****, PA for four years and watch football all day long and be surrounded by Republicans.</p>

<p>sameeeee. I finally found an excuse, which is that I dont’ want to go to a school with too many people I know. And of course Republicans…I like diversity…but not too much from my opposite political spectrum. oh yeah, and pennstate is too much of a party school.</p>

<p>anyway, i actually got started on the other apps…long time ago b/c then i wasn’t sure if i was doing ED to Penn or not. i’m tryin to find my way back to them now…just yesterday, i kinda fixed my NYU personal statements a little. annoying. and i also copy and pasted the cornell prompts onto Microsoft Word. and that’s about it. dartmouth has no additional essays. neither does BC. i forgot about the others.</p>
<p>a kid at my school wants to go to to PSU STRICTLY for the football scene there…eh…i would like a school w/ great spirits too…but hey, education comes first. i mean i wanna do somethin w/myself</p>
<p>omg i know! i love dartmouth (obvs. not as much as penn) and i was SO happy and relieved that my friend had to write an essay for me!

and i think WashU doesn’t want essays either?</p>
<p>half of my school ends up at PSU, but then again, the other half ends up at penn, so i’ll be with people i know either way. i guess i just like penn a lot better</p>
