All nighter today but tomarrow go to be at 10:30

See I go to a challenging yet warm environment, York Prep, and take all honors classes and well, it may not be like fieldston it is challenging. I have about 4 tests on wednesday 3 are history and 1 exam an chem. 2 tests on thursday, 1 history and 1 english. In additon i may have a math quiz and I think I have spanish. This is just so much stress for me. I came from scarsdale high school but over the years that school is not what it used to be so I was not prepared for it. The calss overall is not motivated and most of the kids let their tutors do their work for them that is how they all have A's and I have in the B range.

Anyways back to my question, Should I do an all nighter and do all homework and study then tomarrow get a goods night rest for exams? Also, I get history quizzes everyday and they are usually 3 or 2 questions sometimes 5. Should I scarafice 1 bad quiz for 3 tests???

Please respond soon.

It depends, but don't pull an all-nighter. Study most for the classes you are doing bad in.

I don't think doing bad on one quiz will hurt you unless quizzes are worth alot of points for your teacher.

It sounds like your teachers are dicks. In my school subjects can only give tests on specific dates, i.e. Math on Thursday, Science Monday and Tuesday and so on. And I find fault in your logic that tutor=A. Tutors can't take tests for you. And yeah I say sacrifice the quiz grade. You can always speak to your teacher(but if s/he gives a quiz everyday s/he doesnt seem very understanding). In the end its your choice and I wish you the best of luck

I usually have the highest test scores because I do all of the work myself. I probably will ahve the highest psat scores. I mean a lot of kids get into good colleges because their parents bribe the colleges with a delgue of cash. However, Im not rich so unfortunately I do all of the work myself and its a lot. Im trying to go to bed right now and I will wake up at 5 am. I just tealized i have to transalte a whole page in spanish omFg. I did get histrouy done, I did english which was reading liek 40 pages of poetry, 5 pages of greek mytholgoy, 1 creative writing essay, 7 short stories, and 30 practrice problems of AP english. Then I completed histroy which was memorizing 15 temrs for our daily quiz though I still have not read two books which we will be quized on wednesday they are easy but mr.roper loves details: He has a reputation that the highest grade was a 70! Ohh well there goes my confidence. Guys Im thinking if going back to scarsdale I hardly get sleep and this is all to stressful, I mean it is not fair those kids have tutors they all brag about it and say well my tutor did this and that uhhhh.......I hate this!!! Will colleges be able to know why I am not getting straight a's??? At scarsdale for example we read easy books, Death of the sales man and raisn in the sun and periodically were assigned some essays (unformal). History was read a 30 pages a week nothing hard and math was just 15 problems a night right. Chemistry was wayy wayy easier. I dont know what is up and those were all regualr courses. It could be harder know because I take honors but I am repeating my junior year. It doesnt make sense!

just wing it! Use logic

Should I wing the SSAT? :p

yup^it's pretty easy. and my history teacher gives quizzes everyday but he's very nice, your logic is flawed bobbinheadoll.

I'm tired of all-nighters. I'm supposed to answer a take-home DBQ. Screw it

It's only 25 points lol. I usually fail them anyway.
