<p>fairy_dreams- I hear ya! I liked Metro Station at least a year before they ever became popular. Same with Twilight too, I read those books in freaking 9th grade and now I’m a senior and now everybody likes them just b/c of the actor who plays Edward (which btw is not attractive at all! wth?) I hate it when that happens… I don’t really like the books anymore thanks to all of this madness. When something becomes super popular out of nowhere and you liked it long before, it just takes away from it, you know?</p>

<p>Most bands in the progressive metal and technical death metal genre. I hate mainstream music, it sucks so bad. Makes me angry to even think about simplistic ignorant music like rap and pop.</p>

<p>Bands like Dream Theater, The Faceless, ATHEIST, Tool, Karnivool, Spawn of Possession are sickk.</p>

<p>Can’t really say I have a favorite artist. I guess I’ve claimed Dream Theater as my favorite band over the last two years, but in reality I only really like 3 of their albums. In reality my favorite band is probably Ulver; they’ve done music from raw black metal and folk to electronic and ambient. I can probably spend 5 years listening to just Ulver’s discography and still be a happy man.</p>
