agrees with everything Chone just said

It is facetious/earnest, not flowery/unambiguous fact.

Facetious = sarcastic. The comments the author made like “Oh wow look at all the great candy!” (<– obvs not what it said, but you get my point) was completely sarcastic. It was followed by “This is totally wrong” or something like that which is an earnest assertion. The author was being mockingly sarcastic –> downright candid/earnest.

i remember putting down holding a strong opinion for one of them. is it right?

wait i didn’t put fathom.. i put proclaim

WOAH… for what question was the answer “stoic”? Was that from the experimental? I don’t remember seeing that…

i got that too plato…

the patient didn’t indicate any pain or w/e was stoical

Hmm, was that experimental? I don’t remember seeing that in the regular sections, and I answered every cr question.

I hope so! I put that too.

For the short passage with the fortunetellers. It was ORACLE, at first i thought it was charlatan but nowhere in the passage does it question their credibility.

I put ‘strongly held opinion’ too, but I’m not sure if that’s right answer…

I’m sure it was charlatan. He questioned their credibility by saying that last sentence about why don’t they just become millionaires on wall street stocks or whatever.

My concern with putting Charlatan was that it refers to “people” in the first sentence, and then later says that at least some of these people are credible. I thought it was an antecedent-like question…what do these “people” generally do? And then, in the next 2-3 sentences, she explains that she is discussing fortune tellers, a.k.a oracles. But I’m def. not sure.

Agreed, pick. The mocking tone was obvious. It cannot be “oracle.”

oracles are supposedly those who are authoritative and give correct information. He certainly suggested otherwise.

I’m leaning toward charlatan but i think it could be oracle depending on the exact phrasing of the question. Like if it said “The people in the line 1 are ___” then it could be oracle because that’s basically a synonym for psychic… but if it says “the author considers the people in line 1 to be ” then it’s charlatans… does anyone remember EXACTLY what it said?

No, it didn’t say line 1 or anything…I just reasoned that myself. lol.

heres what i have compiled so far. if you can remember any questions that arent on here yet, or you disagree with anything, let me know.
