All-time Favorite pokemon version?

2nd Generation was the greatest! However, I really enjoyed first also. :)

Red is the best

crystal was great, first ones were good two i was rly young though. emerald is great too. 4th gen the gameplay and new graphics r cool but the pokemon are just getting more generic anime like and not uniquely pokemon like if you catch my drift.

Umm… I have no clue about versions or anything but I absolutely loved Brock on the show. Oh and Charmander! He was so cute.(:

red version and pinball were the best

Lmao! I love how we’re randomly talking about Pokemon. So nostalgic. I used to be a Pokemon freak 9, 10 years ago. I watched the TV show, collected the trading cards (I still have mine, lol; 1st Ed.), bought VHS tapes, sang along to the theme song and the PokeRap, you name it. So you should’ve seen my disappointed face when I didn’t get ANY Pokemon games for my new GameBoy Color, but, instead, a Barbie game. So, no, I never got to play any of the GameBoy Pokemon games. I have, however, played Pokemon Stadium on Nintendo 64 back in the day. That game was kick a**! Ahhh, good times…

Dude at vanderbilt, my roomie and I are going to be playing Pokemon Stadium on N64 like every day… we are a perfect match  lol

Definitely red, except for gold but probably not yellow

Ahahaha pokemon stadium…I remember playing that, it was pretty awesome back then in like…3rd grade lol.

I currently started leafgreen today, and I’m making quick progress due to computer speed…lol. Man, I play too much - I’ve played every version 3ish times, each with a different starter pokemon and 5 completely different pokemons so it doesn’t overlap.

INVENIAMVIAM: Hahahaha, awesome. I haven’t played that game in a LONG time. Wouldn’t mind playing it again. By the way, major props to you for still having your N64! Good to know some people haven’t gotten rid of theirs.

I used to be a complete Pokemon nerd. I still own hundreds of trading cards, including many promos and rares, and have recently played the card game with a fellow nerd. I’m also getting back into an old copy of Red, largely because of the glitches (Missingno and the Mew Trick are epic).

Anyone else a fan of Pokemon Stadium?

Sry: I actually was playing Pokemon Snap the other day hahaha

Pokemon Stadium was awesome. My favorite game ever, probably. I forgot all about it. Although I never had an N64 - my best friends did.

Pokemon Stadium and Pokemon Snap were both quite good. I lost my copy of Pokemon Snap, but I still play Pokemon Stadium from time to time.

I’ve got Pokemon Snap and Pokemon Stadium and trust me, vandy is just going to be full of me playing pokemon on n64. loool.

My personal rankings: Silver, Blue, Emerald.
But honestly, I’m a sucker for Blue just because it brings back strong memories of elementary school.

I think the new 1 coming out will be the best.
Did you guys see the screenshots?

Blue/Yellow/Red FTW.

Probably 'cause after memorizing the first 151, I thought the rest were lame.

lol invoyable, even I could have predicted that you started this thread
