Update: I got a 33 on the ACT without studying, might give it another try in December and actually study, not 100% sure yet.
Should I still retake the SAT? I haven’t taken the new one yet and my old score clearly isn’t very consistent with my ACT score, but I wonder as some kids only take one test and not the other, while still getting into prestigious colleges. Will my old SAT score hurt me if I don’t retake it, even with a higher ACT score?
