All UCs oos please help

hey I was wondering if you could help me out…
I am from Arizona…but I am really looking to go to the top UC’s
Is it really tough to get in for oos??
Here are my stats and maybe you could give me an idea of my chances
3.9 gpa
1950 sats
4 years of football
4 years of baseball
director of best buddies
key club
National Honors Society
Whole bunch of other E.c.s

So what are my chances???

Also do I need to take SAT II’s

is that your weighted uc gpa? if not,

-calculate your uc gpa which is the gpa of all academic classes sophomore through junior year, with extra weight to any UC Approved Honors/AP/IB/CC classes (A=5, B=4, C=3, D or F gets no extra weight). Also, only up to 8 semesters can be weighted, anything else is the normal 4,3,2,1,0 scale. uc gpa is the most important factor for admissions, so makign this accurate is integral for a prediction.

in general, how difficult has your courseload been in terms of all the ap/honors classes available to you?

in what general range will your sat2s be?

ok wait....

do b+ count as 3
a-(minus) count as 4

Ummm and can u gomme the link to the approved honors... thanks

oh and does Relegion/for. lang count/art count

umm... and if relegion and for lang count and not arrt and if the + or - dont count then my GPA is a 4.23

Ok umm something else

Do you apply to each individual UC.. or do you send your app to like one major thing and they decide your acceptance for all uc schools

thanks

Pluses and minuses don't count on the application, so it's just the regular A=4, B=3, etc.

You can search for your high school here and check to see if your honors courses are weighted:

https://pathways.ucop.edu/doorways/list/

As long as a course is included in the a-g requirement, it should count toward your GPA.

And I believe you apply to all UCs with one application.

oo.... im oos so that link doesnt help me... but thanks anyways

Oh, I'm sorry. I feel stupid now. Haha

But I'm sure foreign language counts in your GPA. Religion, however, I'm not too sure about. And what kind of art course did you take?

ummm.. photo... ceramics.... sculpture....photo2

do u think i have a shot at a top UC like .... UCLA

For language, definitely counts. Religion? Usually, no, if its a private religious school. UC has given elective credit for a Comparative Religion course, for example.

Ceramics, sculpture will count since a year of Visual and/or Performing Arts is a requirement for admission (the "g" requirement). Photog, no, unless it has a lot of theory.
