<p>I second Mizunos- they're soooo comfortable and light-weight</p>
<p>I think before deciding on a brand, you gotta find out your running gait (pronate, neutral, supinate). Some brands are better for certain runners. For instance, Nike doesn't have that great of a selection for pronators (stability). The best running shoe is what fits YOU.</p>
<p>I am currently running ASICS Kayanos. They may look like crap (most of the better brands of running shoes tend to, such as ASICS, Brooks, New Balance), but please, NEVER base your decisions on their looks, because you're not supposed to be wearing your running shoes to class or everyday walking anyway.</p>
<p>I have found the new Nike Darts to be one of the best shoes for training</p>
<p>aasics are sooo good. but don't play tennis with them because it damages the shoes - for most of their models anyway.</p>
