All Your Answers are Here: Admissions_Daniel Returns

Yes, I have finally returned to the world of College Confidential. It has been almost 50 days since my last response. The reason for my absence is an easy one -- priorities. Responding to College Confidential questions is not one of my top priorities and over the last few months I have needed to focus on my primary responsibilities related to my job as an Admissions Counselor at Johns Hopkins University -- recruitment travel, preparing for the application review season, and working on projects related to Hopkins Interactive (Hopkins Interactive).

I must say that I did not feel any urgency to return to CC because nearly every question that was asked in my absence has already been asked and answered on the Hopkins Forums (Hopkins Forums). No offense to the world of CC, but I have said it many times and will continue to say it many more times, if you are looking for accurate and timely information about Johns Hopkins and how the admissions process works at Hopkins, then you should be using the Hopkins Forums (Hopkins Forums). Not only will I check the Hopkins Forums more frequently, but there are also 20+ current students on those forums to answer your questions and none of them choose to post anonymously.

Unfortunately, I do not have the time to go back over the last two months of questions and respond. Instead, I am providing this list of discussion topics on the Hopkins Forums that already have the answers to the most frequently asked questions on CC during my absence. Take a little bit of time and reading through and I think you will get accurate and definitive answers to many of your collective questions.
