<p>Yes to all three. Penn allows you to apply EA or regular elsewhere and regular includes rolling admissions to any college that has it; Chicago has no restrictions on what you can do elsewhere if you apply EA.</p>

<p>ED almost always (and it does in your situation) only apply to other private schools, so umich isnt even a problem in that case. And chicagos EA allows you to apply to other places. you just have to go to penn if you get in</p>
<p>Yes, that’s allowed, but you must withdraw all pending applicatiosn and turn down all previous acceptances, given that your finaid package is enough.</p>
<p>Isn’t Michigan switching to ED though?</p>
