I applied for RD Admissions to Fordham and just received a letter from the admissions office stating that I am one of a small group of applicants accepted to the university early. The official letters will be sent out in March. They said the scholarship committee will now review my application.
I have a 3.9 UW GPA. Weighted 98.2 / 100
SAT I: 770 CR 700 M 710 W (2180)
Rank: Top 5%
2 APs Junior Year: AP English Language (5) AP US History (3)
4 APs Senior Year: AP Physics, AP Calculus AB, AP English Literature, AP European History

Those are just my academic stats. I have a bunch of other great aspects such as ECs, essays and community service that I don't feel like describing.

I was just wondering where this puts me with respect to merit scholarships?

Even without that, I would say your stats put you up for a sizable merit scholarship.

Mine were somewhat similar (higher SAT, though I think they didn’t get it in time, so may have used one 20 points lower than yours, lower GPA) and I got a scholarship, though it was for national merit.

I would say you’re in very good standing for the Dean’s scholarship (10k-22k, variable on financial need), based on past decisions.

I believe honors invitations go out mid-Feb for EA applicants and with your acceptances for RD applicants. There are only 20-30 for each college.
