Please read this and help me out, it'd really mean a lot.

Ive was accepted to NC State, told them Im going to go there, already sent in everything for housing, ect. This past week has been hell for me. I get migraines, and have gotten a cluster headache this week where it was with me for a week, and I missed 6 straight days of school. I miss a lot of school, but this time I contacted my GC and she helped me alter my school schedule so that I could take the minimum possible to graduate and help me physically overcome my health issues.

I've been a 3.7 student throughout high school, above average at my school, and this year I took in the first semester

Marketing (full year)-A
Advertising (semester)-A
Psych (semester)-A
AP Stats (full year)-B
Composition (semester)-A
Meteorology (full year)-B
Phys Ed (semester, every other day)-A

Heres my problem. This semester, Im taking other classes in for my semester classes, like lit for composition, ect. To graduate, I need half a credit of english and half a credit of social studies, so what my GC did was count all my full year courses as half credit instead of 1 credit, and give my grades for the semester. Now, with my medical condition all screwed up, she allowed me to just go to school for the two classes (my social studies and english credits), and focus on my health. On NC States admission website, it says I need 4 years of math, but in bullets under it, it says you have to take Integrated I,II,III and a course beyond that. I took Integrated III in 9th grade, Pre Calc in 10th, Honors Calc in 11th, and then a half semester of AP Stats this semester. Do you think what I have completed is good enough? My GC said everything should be alright with NC State, but I would really like input from you guys. Sorry if this seems confusing as well :-/

yeah we've (my parents and I) have put calls into them, but theyve been really busy. i just don't want to have to take on my course load again because Ive really been sick, and have a lot of future doctors appointments and such Im going ot have to deal with.

Keep working with your college OR have your GC contact them (sometimes GCs can get thru much quicker than the public). It's really important to have this clarified & should reduce your stress level. Ask your GC today & ask the college to write something saying that what the school is doing will be OK.

You may be able to make up the necessary coursework in the summer. Give your counselor enough documentation to prove your case, and ask her/him to write or call on your behalf.

Like I said before, I have more then enough credits to graduate, and I have more then enough credits that are required at NC State, with the exception in math because I took integrated I in 7th grade, so essentially Im 2 years ahead in math, which would be stupid if that HURT me.

Have your GC contact NC State immediately on your behalf. Thats what you need to do: Don't rely on the advice here of anonymous strangers who are well meaning, but don't know you and can't directly help you.
