Already counting down until Summer?

<p>Just wondering to see if I was the only ALREADY counting down until the end of the semester?
I got back for my second semester of freshman year maybe a week ago, and I already can't wait to go back for break.
Maybe I got too used to home life/old high school friends over my first major college break and just haven't gotten back into the college lifestyle, or maybe it's due to my specific situation, since I'm in the middle of filling out transfer apps and am mesmerized by the prospect of going to school at my dream school next fall (aka... cant wait to get out of here haha). or maybe because it's in the single digits outside for the next couple of weeks.....! :(</p>

<p>I don't hate college at all, as it might seem by the nature of this thread. I mean I go to school in NYC after all , so I had some crazy times first semester but I truly can't wait until summer when all classes are done, and I can just kick back and relax again without work hovering over my head at all times.</p>

<p>The whiteboard on my door says “x days left until spring break” …which translates to the number of days left that I have to wake up at 8am.
I get what you’re saying…about it being freezing outside and not hating college…it’s just a break is always nice.</p>

<p>tooootally agree! i’m done with work and snow and freezing cold temps outside. summer sounds so nice right now. good luck with transferring OP and let’s all hope this semester goes quickly :)</p>

<p>Forget counting down to summer, I too am I a freshman and I’m counting down to Senior year. LOL.</p>
