Already had my AP/IB scores officially sent to Comm. College, sending them again to transfer to CSU?

Hi, I have a question regarding my AP & IB scores.
I have already paid CollegeBoard to have them officially sent to my community college in the past, and so they have an official record of them on file. I am now in the process of transferring to a CSU, and I was wondering if I have to pay again to request that the scores now be sent to the CSU school.
When I called the admissions office, the woman who answered the phone claimed that my scores did not have to be "official", but everything on their website clearly states that they have to be official.
I called my records office in my community college to ask if they would send them over along with my transcript to the CSU, and they said no, and that they would not give me copies of my test scores either.
Do I have to pay CollegeBoard again, to get more official transcripts to send out all over again, but to the CSU this time?

Thanks

bump

http://www.calstate.edu/sas/documents/transferinstructions.pdf</a> does say that an official score report is needed to get credit. However, it is not clear whether the official score report is needed at application time.

Yes you must pay for another set of official scores.
