Okay, so I have this problem........

I sent Emory drafts of both my CA essay and my short answer. Instead of the final drafts. I submitted on Nov. 1 (well at like 11:03 my time, which is past the deadline in Atlanta... another story fml), but applied RD for Emory Scholars. The essay (my CA) was a strong point of my application, and I think having a not-100% essay will CRIPPLE my chances at the scholarship. I was considering mailing the correct versions of both to the school with an erratum letter apologizing. I was wondering if you guys had any thoughts on the matter...

(Also, just for clarification, my CA essay that was sent isn't terrible, but the revised version has minor changes that do make a big difference. The short essay they have is embarrassing. I was also planning on contacting the admissions department anyways because I was recently named a state scholar for my home state, and my counselor advised me to do so.)

I'm also worried that I am sending it in so far past the first submission, but the stuff I would be sending is clearly not that different from what they already have. I don't know. AHHHHHHH
Thanks a lot guys. I'd really appreciate some feedback, this keeps me up at night. Especially when all my ED friends got into their top schools already...
