Hello.

I made a new version of my common app to fix some errors and improve upon my essays and whatnot.

But I heard that when you apply to a university with the new version, the original version of your application is also sent. Is there any validity to this statement?

I didn’t even think about doing that! I want to know too…so bump

I highly doubt it. For one, admissions offices have no interest in reading two versions.

No, they will only receive 1 copy. You gave to add the school that you want to add to the new version. Once u creat ur new version, then go to ur old version, pick ur schools that u want to move to new version, choose delete school, and it will ask if u want to delete the school or move it to the new version.
Any school that has already received an ca cannot be changed.
