Alternative Solutions to Tests 5 and 6

I frequently encourage students to look into other, non-traditional ways to approach math questions whenever possible. Even if you can do it the “right” way, you build flexibility and sometimes speed by knowing more than one way to attack an SAT math question. And if your algebra is less than fluent, these alternative approaches might be your only way forward through a problem.

I have gone back and added the two tests they just released to my collection of alternative solutions. You can see them all here: http://wp.me/P4uvY7-9X

Not every question can be done in a sneaky way. But many can. Also, my “solutions” are intended to be more like helpful hints to get you started. If you have questions (or if I was too cryptic) just ask.
