Greetings, all. Found my way here after the Wendzel fiasco over at Pirate 4x4. Thought I'd offer what help I could.

I graduated from NAPS in 1987 and from USNA in 1991. I'll be happy to answer as many questions as I can, and if I can't, I know a few fellow Boat School grads online who might come in and save my bacon.

In the meantime, I congratulate those applying to the World's Finest Academy, and wish you all the best of luck.

Hang in there, Emily. You have worked long and hard to get there and you can do this! Keep your chin up and keep fighting the good fight.

Are you going home for Thanksgiving? Even if you aren't, it will be four days off to regroup and recharge your batteries before Army/Navy then finals.

Take care of yourself, don't worry so much (easier said than done) and remember what the academic dean told the '08 parents at PPW~
"We won't give up on your kids if your kids won't give up on us."

For the duration of the class for which the tutor is assigned. It takes a few weeks to have them assigned, though. Our son had a really marvelous Calc II tutor who was a grad. He said the time spent with the tutor was much more productive than MGSP.

No, his name us Sychterz...he got out of the Navy, got his PHD, then got back in! I'm off to Iraq in Feb. I may still be on Navy Outlook, so y'all can try me at ZJKitchen@Bethesda.med.navy.mil
