<p>It sounds as if all the applicants got this e-mail, judging from "At this point, we are still determining which Leadership Award semifinalists will be invited to interview with local UC Berkeley alumni in their area." and "Your receipt of this message does not in any way reflect on your chances of receiving Alumni Scholarships. "</p>
