<p>Is it worth a 6 hour drive to go for an on campus or should I just do an alumni interview????</p>
<p>Also who conducts on campus interviews, is it an admissions officer or a student???</p>
<p>If anyone has taken both in which ways do they differ?</p>

<p>I have not done any interviews, and there are other posts on this so I'll sum up what I've learned. It depends on the college, and you should get in contact with someone at those schools (I'm not familiar with them) and ask who conducts the interview. I heard that on-campus is usually more informational than evaluative, but alumni interview can be more evaluative. The on-campus interview only matters if the adcoms see it, otherwise it is beneficial for your knowledge.
If you're planning to visit I would take the on-campus interview to learn more otherwise I'd just wait for an alumni one.</p>
