I submitted my app. around Dec. 15.
I have not been contacted yet. Isn't it too late? Everybody got a contact from an alumuni?

I don’t think it’s too late. But it all depends on whether or not there’s an alumni in your area who is willing to interview applicants. People in my area all got interviews (including me) because there are a lot of alums. I’d submitted my app on Jan. 1st Good luck!

No it is not too late. I believe that interviews can even stretch into February. You might want to call the admission office to see if there is someone in your area assigned to you.

Nope, I haven’t received any invitation to interview yet either. Don’t worry about it.

Thanks!!
My friend who lives in my area had an interview already.
I was a little upset.I will b waiting for a while.

I just got contacted. I submitted my app in early December. Still waiting for her to email me back with a date and time though…

I already had my interview halfway through December, and I submitted my application at the very beginning of December.

I am going to have a phone interview tonight.

anyone have any advice/tips for the interview? anything that princeton interviewers ask that might be unique or different from those from other schools?

I don’t think it matters when you submit, I submitted on the deadline and got an email earlier today.

My interviewer asked about why I choose Princeton, how my family influences me, what is my opinion about family value, what other school do I apply to, and my high school life, my least favorite class at school, and extra-curricular activities.

My interviewer attended the same high school as me. Provided that I am a Chinese, what an odd it is.

my interviewer asked me why i was interested in princeton, a couple of random opinion questions about government coercion concerning decreased resource use…um my ECs- certain ones in detail- my family etc. then a lot of the interview was him talking about his experiences as a teenager and then a college student.
it was interesting.
the only SUPER hard question he asked was about an incident in which i found myself truly defined (the wording was different but it was something like that)… i kind of blanked out and stared at him.

i haven’t been contacted yet… damnnnnnn
but i guess i just gotta wait

Mid Nov applicant. Got interview last week. FWIW, my D applied to several other (similar) colleges in mid November too. We are in a large metro area.

Georgtown interview was just a few days after only part I of application. They were “on it”!

Princeton just now.

And no others yet.

So…as everyone says…no worries…it’s truly whatever/whenever/IFever. Harvard said they get crazy busy the end of February. Yet, with D’s app turned in about Nov 15 - still no contact from Harvard (HUGE amount of alumni in our area). So they’re not as “organized” as Georgetown I guess, and Princeton must be a lot more proactive too because I don’t think they have anywhere near as many alumns around here as Harvard.

agreed with the above. I submitted a few days before the Jan 1st deadline and was recently contacted. Be patient guys.
