Am I a competitive applicant for BC (2019)?

I’m a high school senior who has recently completed my early action applications. Any insight as to whether you believe I am a competitive applicant would be greatly appreciated. Below are my credentials as shown in my application.

Desired School: Boston College, Arts and Sciences
Background: White male from New England
Major: Molecular Biology
Application Type: Early Action
GPA: 4.0 UW. Approx. 4.5 W
SAT: 1430. Math: 730, Reading: 700. (One attempt)
Ranking: Not released.
Advanced Placement: Biology (4), Statistics (5), AP Language and Composition (4), Environmental Science (4), Physics I (Senior), Calculus AB (Senior)
Recognition: AP Scholar with Honor, St. Michaels Book Award, National Honors Society, Honor Roll
Extracurricular Activities/Accomplishments:
Student Representative on my district’s board of directors
Co-President National Honors Society
Summer volunteer programs at a local hospital

I am very satisfied with both my common application essay and writing supplement. I am also confident that I will be receiving good recommendations (one English teacher and one biology teacher). My sat score concerns me although I’m not sure if it is low enough to raise any red flags during the admissions process.

Very competitive however BC is a reach for most. Make sure you apply to a true safety (or two) and other BC peer schools.

S had BC high on his list and didn’t get in, but he did get in to several peers and is very happy where he landed. Holistic admissions is very hard to predict.
