Am I a dislocated worker in FAFSA if I am receiving unemployment as a part time worker?

I am working part-time but I am also receiving unemployment in the state of Texas. Should I mark that I am a dislocated worker? This is my first time being an independent student and I can’t frankly pay for my education. I got significantly less aid than previous years. I mean, I am receiving unemployment, that says something right? Would marking that could give me more aid?

What FAFSA says it’s pretty confusing about dislocated workers:

“is receiving unemployment benefits due to being laid off or losing a job and is unlikely to return to a previous occupation”

I am receiving unemployment, which was calculated based on my job last year. I am unlikely to return, but I am working at another place part-time.

What should I do?

This is my first time in college confidential. It has helped me greatly during the past years. Thank you guys!

I don’t think you are truly a dislocated worker. It says Occupation not the exact job. Could you not return to the previous line of work you were in? The type of work?
Even though you’re receiving unemployment, you’re working now too.
